Seerumin allergeenispesifiset IgE-vasta-aineet

Seerumin kokonais-IgE:n määritys ja IgE-ruokaryhmätestit

  • Kokonais-IgE:n määrä lisääntyy iän mukana lapsuuden ajan ja kertoo taipumuksesta IgE:n tuottoon. Sen mittaamisesta saattaa olla hyötyä harvoissa erikoistilanteissa, esimerkiksi jos spesifisten IgE-määritysten tulokset ovat positiiviset monen eri allergeenin suhteen.
  • Näyttöä IgE-ruokaryhmätestien toimivuudesta on niukasti.
