Käyttötarkoitus

EBMEDS^® Laskurit ja lomakkeet on lääkinnällinen laite, jolla käyttäjä voi laskea valikoituja kliinisessä työssä tarvittavia kaavoja. Osa laskureista soveltuu myös ei-ammattilaisten käyttöön (ISO-BMI, Finriski). Ei-ammattilaisille valikoidut laskurit soveltuvat yleiseen henkilökohtaisen hyvinvoinnin seurantaan ja niiden käyttötarkoitus ei ole lääkinnällinen. Laskurin yhteydestä löytyy lisätietoa sen käytöstä, soveltuvuudesta erilaisille potilaille ja mahdollisista muista huomioitavista rajauksista.

Vastuunrajoitus

Laskureiden ja lomakkeiden tuloksia ei saa koskaan käyttää suoraan potilaan lääketieteellisen hoidon määrittämiseen. Laskurit ovat tilastollisia malleja, eivätkä ne korvaa potilaan henkilökohtaisesti tuntevan lääkärin luomaa hoitosuunnitelmaa. Myös potilaan oma sairaushistoria sekä lääkärin kokemus, tieto ja koulutus tulisi huomioida päätöksiä tehtäessä. Lääkäreiden tulisi henkilökohtaisesti keskustella laskureiden tuloksista potilaiden kanssa kun pohditaan ennusteita tai hoitolinjauksia.

Käyttäjän tulee noudattaa tulosten tulkinnassa varovaisuutta. Jokainen laskuri ja lomake on testattu huolellisesti, mutta virheet ovat siitä huolimatta mahdollisia. Käyttäjän on huomioitava mahdolliset laskuri-ja lomakekohtaiset rajaukset soveltuvuudesta tarkastelun kohteena olevalle henkilölle. Laskurille syötetyissä tai esitäytetyissä tiedoissa voi olla puutteita, jotka johtavat herkästi virheelliseen vastaukseen.

Kasutamise eesmärk

Hinweise zum Gebrauch

EBMEDS^® ist ein System zur Unterstützung der klinischen Entscheidungsfindung, das individuelle, patientenbezogene Strukturdaten zu iGesundheit und Krankheit analysiert. EBMEDS kombiniert medizinisches Wissen aus einer Vielzahl von Quellen sowie auf Konvention basierende Regeln mit Strukturdaten zu individuellen Patientinnen und Patienten.

EBMEDS ist dazu konzipiert, die Entscheidungsfindung zu unterstützen. Es bietet Behandlungsempfehlungen oder diagnostische Hilfen für Angehörige der Gesundheitsberufe an. EBMEDS ist typischerweise in andere IT-Lösungen integriert, die die benötigten Strukturdaten bereitstellen. EBMEDS soll dem Endnutzer permanent zur Verfügung stehen, und es soll Input entweder automatisch oder auf Verlangen liefern (wie vom Nutzer definiert). EBMEDS kann für alle Patientinnen und Patienten eingesetzt werden, unabhängig von Alter, Geschlecht, Gesundheitszustand oder anderen Merkmalen.

Haftungsbegrenzung
