Laskuri on suunniteltu alkoholin käytön vieroitusoireiden vaikeusasteen arviointia varten. Laskuria voidaan käyttää apuna lääkehoidon suunnittelussa ja seurannassa.

Tulostettava pdf-versio «CIWA_Ar.PDF»1. Lääkinnällisistä laitteista annetun asetuksen (MDR, Medical Device Regulation 2017/745) mukaisesti pdf-lomake ei suorita automaattista laskentaa, vaan käyttäjän tulee tehdä tarvittavat laskutoimitukset itse. Mahdollinen tulosten tulkintaohje löytyy lomakkeen viimeiseltä sivulta.
